Eligibility for Refunds
At Audit Solutions AML, we provide only digital products (templates, dashboards, toolkits, guides, and training). Since these are instantly downloadable and non-returnable items, our refund and returns policy is limited but transparent.
- Technical Issues — if the file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or contains critical errors preventing use.
- Duplicate Purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- Wrong Product Delivery — if you received a product different from what you purchased.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase.
- The product meets its description but does not meet subjective expectations (style, layout, etc.).
- Compatibility issues with your chosen software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) not checked prior to purchase.
- Requests made after downloading and using the product without valid technical issues.
